How to create a joomla position in a section other than header and footer

I want to place a module in a nicepage page when the nicepage project is exported to joomla. I created a position in a section other than the header and footer. When I export it to joomla, the position does not show up on the positions list. What I am doing wrong?

In the content area you can only load the existing Joomla position, so you need to add a position with the same name that is already exists on your site somewhere.
