My Header is broken.

I had to reinstall windows last week. As a result I lost all of the programs, including Nicepage, but not the files, When I re-installed Nicepage I opened my website and discovered the header on my site is messed up. At first I couldn't find my navigation bar and I had to extend my header to the maximum height before I could pull it back to a normal spot. HOWEVER...my logo is missing from the header. I can't locate it, but when I try to preview my site it shows up really large on chrome or on some other computers I can see just the bottom of my logo but I can't see the navigation bar.
Could the be a problem with a different version of Nicepage than what the site was originally created with? I tired to go into my image library and delete my logo, but it will not let me as it says it's an image already in use. My site is now really messed up and I have no idea how to correct this other than starting from scratch...

I've included a screenshoot of my site. I can not scroll up any further. And a screenshot of my Nicepage screen. They are very different.
Also I've checked to make sure I can see my logo on various size screens and I should be able to.
PLEASE HELP!!!!
