Hi

I changed my computer. I downloaded the program and installed it.

I have the directories with all my projects from my old hard drive saved before and I copied them to my new computer.

How can I open these projects now?

I couldn't back them up as a zip file as my old computer crashed.

If you have the Project files you can import them.
If you don’t, look for the working folders. Inside the Documents\Nicepage folder. Are site_###### folders. Copy those over. They might work.

Hello Laurent,

Please add the folders with your projects into the main Nicepage folder, the path to it you can find with your account-Preferences.
Check how the projects will be represented with your application dashboard after reload.
If there would be an error, please zip your project files inside the project folder - rename and transfer zip pack into the main Nicepage, after you can import your projects through Export/Import function
