It seems that you haven't assigned your Menu to a Module Position in Joomla. For doing this, please open the "Extensions" ==> "Modules" page.

After this, click on your Menu, and set your Menu to the hmenu Position. Save and close this page. After setting your Menu to the Position, the Menu should appear on your website.
