How do I turn off mute sound in a video

The only options I see with I click the video are
-playvideo in loop
-automatically start to play
-display player controls

I have display player controls enable, but the video starts with sound muted. I want it to start with sound on

Home2 was just a test page. The actual page is Home. I entered a link to the video The plays while muted. How do I get to not to mute?

If you choose to upload the video there are 3 options available, correct.
In your case,(the website from the previous topic http://federalretirement.group/Home2.html) the video starts to play with the sound on, in loop, need to press play first.
