after hours of working on my site, I published it and test it .. but there was an old tap in my browser I forget to close it... I opened it to close .. but it saved .. and damage my design .. now I can't edit or publish anything.. how to undo last save

If you save and publish your design after you will close the editing you won't be able to undo your actions.

how do you unsave if you have not published? my site is fine live but the backend appears to be erased after adding the consent module. I was editing the theme colors and this appears to have removed all of my site blocks.

how do you unsave if you have not published?

What do you mean by that? If you don’t auto save option you can uncheck the box in Preferences.

Kindly create a separate ticket for your issue and attach some screenshots.
