Hello STEVEN,
Please clarify your words once again - when I downloaded the software, it worked. then suddenly stopped. - what exact software is in question right now - Chrome as browser or Nicepage desktop application?
As for now, you have a desktop application that works ok the issue is only with Chrome as a browser with the preview function but there is no issue with Chrome as the browser itself, correct?
Please reproduce the error following this instruction:
- Create an empty debug.txt file in the following folder:
%APPDATA%\Nicepage
- restart the application
- Provide the Nicepage team with the log file:
3.1. send debug.txt file to the support team
3.2. if possible, start Nicepage application >> click F12 (for Windows) >> switch to the "Console" tab >> reproduce the issue and provide the console log (txt file or screenshot)
Let us know the result, please.
