Once you're finished with the design, specify the page in the Settings >> Reading >> A static page: Homepage
We would advise designing your website in the Desktop App, so you could export the theme also.
Please note: During the first 7-days after your email registration, you have all available premium features. After that, Nicepage connects for you the Free Starter Plan, where designing and editing WordPress themes and pages is unavailable. You'll need to create the website again in the Desktop App and export it into WordPress.
