Sticky on scroll issue in Nicepage Windows App

Hi,
When I tick the box "sticky on scroll", the box does not stay checked when I come back to it after closing the page.
Only in Windows App
My real and important question, must I continue using Nicepage Windows App ?
After Logo issue, Sticky on scroll issue, how can I work, it's a little scary ...
