I've attached 2 pics. The published site (best1) has a phone number on it. I need to change the label to 561-412-IFIX. Second picture is the template on Nicepage. I can't remove or edit the phone number. I also cannot add another in the same vicinity. I can't remove the phone number from first pic.

We can see that you use Theme Template. So your website uses the Header from Theme and you can't edit the Header with Nicepage Plugin.
In that case, you can change your header and edit the mobile number in Nicepage Desktop.
After that update your Theme in your CMS and inform us about results.
