Due to some overload of work at my office, I have not
have had the time to concentrate in working with Nicepage.
I wonder if it would be possible for me to meet up with another
NICEPAGE user, who maybe could give me a hand in showing
how to use NICEPAGE.
Then, I think NICEPAGE could become even more nice!

I started using Nicepage with a great sense of optimism. Yes, I found that the package is not as intuitive as it could be, but I persevered for a year. I'm not a newbie, so it surprised me how non-intuitive the package is.
I reached out to Oleg but got nowhere. The responses were quite offputting.
So I'm going back to building pages with HTML/CSS with a little cheating (using CC templates).
It's not ideal but a product isn't a product until it gets decent support. The main shortfall is the difficulty in finding things. You seem to think that the answer is to produce a page with hundreds of links to help pages. It isn't!
For all the promise Nicepage shows, you just don't understand how to present information (that seems perfectly clear to you) to an audience of new users.
I'll not be renewing my licence.
Very disappointed.

I have checked your cases and most of them were with a proposition to contact you about the possible improvements you would like to provide. We are always happy to hear feedback from our users and you can write everything right here in this forum, this is the only communication platform for our product. You can create a private topic so no other users could see it. Also in your cases you have mentioned some difficulties without providing screenshots or some other illustrations so it would be easier to understand the problem and provide a helpful solution. Besides, you haven't replied to any of our replies in your cases so we could not help you further.
In any case, if you have any exact issues with Nicepag please create a separate topic, explain them in details and we'll be happy to help.
