Indeed, there's no option of auto-switching the Gallery Carousel and Repeated Carousel. We have added your request to our wishlist. As an alternative, you can use other Elements such as Slider, Gallery Slider, or Gallery Thumbnails.
If you mean something else, please let us know about it.
