header width and menu links

The header should be stretched to the screen borders, try to change some header designs to see if that works. Of not, attach your exported project to the ticket.
As for the menu links, you can insert any link in the URL option for the menu item in the Edit Menu window.

Simply move the menu to the desired position in responsive modes.

If you need a responsive menu like on our website please change the width of the Menu and align it to the left/right edge of the page (not sheet):

By changing the width you set the shet of the menu button from the right/left side of the page.
This should help you to achieve the result you want.
