Why is there no option to hover the animation on the card or button when I want to hover my mouse pointer over them?

Indeed, there's no animation for buttons on hover, we will add your suggestion to our wish list.

Meanwhile, you can add the animation on hover through the custom CSS code on the Property Panel.
