Export Block with Javascript ?

I just craerted a empty block.
After that I added a html element and added some basic html and a script block to test.
Then I choose Export Block

Are you creating the block with HTML and Javascript in the empty project or there's some design already?

Can you provide the code from the HTML element that you are adding?

Where do you export the block and what's happening after the export?
