How to have img links be URLs instead of relative references

Ask a Question

I have two images on my page currently. I wanted to make them both URLs (on a different domain) rather than having them placed in the /images folder.

For the first image, I clicked on the image, selected the Image option in the little blue toolbar that popped up, clicked Address and entered the URL. It worked.

I then the did the exact same thing on the second image and it still put it in /images. I tried multiple times, I tried deleting all of the images and re-adding the URL, I tried restarting the program but it is still stuck with the relative reference.

Can you help me with this?

Hi,

If you add the links in the plug-in directly on your site, they will be saved as the links to an external locations.

I am sorry I do not understand. Do I add an image or a link? I do not see where to add a link.

Here is a screenshot of what it looks like when I add the image URL. Also there is a screenshot of what the final HTML looks like after I export it.

Hello

We checked your screenshots.
If you add a picture from an external link Nicepage will save the picture and build a relative "src" path to the images folder.
Unfortunately, you can change the "src" attribute by adding an image with Custom HTML and CSS.
