Cannot Upload them to wordpress

Hello,
I am getting this error everytime I try to upload a them to wordpress

"The theme you tried to upload does not have a name specified in its metadata. Add a valid name to the metadata and try uploading again."

Any solution please? I am new to wordpress

Hello,

I did follow the instruction on exporting the wordpress zip file but the error appears during installation.
I have here attached the screenshot of the error.

Hi,

Your screenshot does not look as the WP backend interface. Please try to use the WP >> Appearance >> Themes >> New >> Upload as explained in the instructions above.
