If i use Wordpress to form a funtional Login Form for nicepage. Does the website have to be under wordpress subscription for it to work when the website is published live?

also what if my membership ends with Wordpress will the Login Form still Function correctly?

NicePage subscription is to get updates for the year of subscription. When your subscription ends, NicePage for the currently installed version will still be active, but you won't be able to receive new updated versions.
