unable to install nicepage pluggin on wordpress server

When i try to install nicepage on a wordpress server online, I have this message :

Install Theme Plugins
Install plugins included with the Theme.
Click the "Install Plugins" button to start the installation.

Nicepagefailed
Unable to activate "undefined" plugin, because plugin "undefined" is already activated. Please deactivate "undefined" first.

What can I do?

Also, according to this error: "Unable to activate "undefined" plugin, because plugin "undefined" is already activated. Please deactivate "undefined" first.", you have already installed the plugin. Please check the installed plugins on the "Plugins" ==> "Installed Plugins" page. If there's no plugin, check the wp-content/plugins folder in the server folder.
