Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!
Unfortunately, Nicepage does not support importing HTML websites created outside Nicepage. You can edit only those pages that were previously created on Nicepage and were exported as Projects.
Concerning PHP, you can add a PHP code but this option is for use only on WordPress and Joomla. Unfortunately, Nicepage does not export PHP projects.
