The active theme has a version lower than the plugin version. Please update the theme too.

First and foremost, you need to update the Nicepage desktop app to the latest version 3.19.1 - https://nicepage.com/download
After the update is installed, reopen your Project in the desktop app, click Save and export it to WordPress again.

Hi I have this same problem. What will happen to my updates that I made inside WordPress? Will I lose them or not? I have since added more pages and content and fixed errors I found from the Export file.

The Theme can be edited in the desktop app only, so exporting the theme from the desktop app does not affect the content and pages you've created.

Do no do this if you have made changes in WP that are not in desktop / web app. You will lose all your changes. The user is not able to export changed made in WP to Nicepages app. Are you aware of this ? Shouldn't this feature be essential for the import / export loop to be complete. If some thing that can be imported on one side(nicepage app), then the other side (WP Site) should let you export it.

The desktop application allows you to export the Theme only and update it on the site, that won't change the content that you have created on your site so nothing will be harmed.

Ok, this last answer explained a lot. So I just select the new, updated and upload that and install that in my Wordpress environment and the content won't change. That's what I need to know.
