Please update the Nicepage Desktop app to the most recent 3.19.2 version using this link https://get.nicepage.com/Nicepage-3.19.2.exe
and check again.

If the issue still persists, please create private cases and provide your Nicepage Desktop websites exported as a Project, we will check this issue.
