Site Transfer

I'm not sure Google Sites allow a site created in another app to be imported.
If they do allow html imports of standard HTML sites, export it from Nicepage and upload the files to your new host.

The thing is when I tried to host it with nicepage when I clicked my sites it wasn’t there

I made the site in the app and it didn’t appear on the website

There are 2 versions of Nicepage.
One is the desktop version if you will be hosting with your own host.
The second version is with Nicepage's host where you build the site online.

Nicepage Online Editor and Desktop Application are separate and not synchronized at all, even though you can use it with one account like you are.
With your hosting license, you can build sites online and publish with Nicepage Hosting. You can also create a site with the desktop application, but if you want your file to appear online, you need to Export Project from the desktop application first then Import it into Online Editor.

Can I import my website to a different hosting service?

You can export the HTML files and upload them to any hosting service.
If you do that, I recommend that you include the Project files as a backup.
