I purchased a lifelong Nicepage pro License a year ago. Currently I get pop-ups that that I need to pay for additional updates. Is this true? This is not clear to me. Furthermore, when i tried to go to support page with the pro license account I couldn't sign into my account. I tried the reset password option where you get a link sent to your email, but I never received a link (I tried it 6 times). I had to make another account on the same email address to post this question and now I am worried that I might lose the work I already saved on the "old" account with the email address.
Most importantly, I was wondering about the fact that I need to pay for updates. Is this a new implementation because I payed extra to have the "lifetime" feature. I do not really like inconsistencies to be honest
