Hi, i'm formatting my pc with nicepage and a NicePage Personal license how can I recover it after formatting the PC?I would export Project files of all of the sites you created, and also backup your Documents\Nicepage folder.
You should be copying your Documents/Pics/any created data somewhere anyway. :)
Save a copy of your latest Nicepage installer if your support has expired.
Logging out of the app and website might make it easier to log back in later.
I would also create an image with Macrium Reflect (there's a free version) to another drive in your system in case you need to copy anything back to the new one.
You can see if support has any other specific recommendations.

I would suggest you to export all your temes as Projects (the project format is the only one that can be imported into the application), then uninstall Nicepage, format your computer, install it again, activate and import the previously exported projects.
