Can't export my page as html, while my plan says I can

I bought the personal license because it had the export feature but I get an error from hosting and it doesn't let me export the page.

If you bought the Personal desktop app without hosting, you can export from that.
It's implying that you don't have the online hosted version.

Hello Jean,

The Designer App Pack is a lifetime license that includes CMS Plugins and Desktop App with one year of free updates. Basically, the Online Editor is not included in your current license, thus why you're not able to export to HTML. Kindly make sure to download the desktop app and log in using the credentials for the account that has the license on it.

To continue editing your site in the desktop app, export it from the Online Editor as Project:

Then, go to the desktop app, and from the dashboard click Export \ Import >> Import Project:
