But the links are manual and I have to redo it many times.

You can use in Joomla this plugin https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/quick-index/

and with the adding block HTML of nicepage add shortcode {index}
if you want collapse the table of contents add block Tab and inside add block HTML with {index}
if it can help anyone
