Ask a Question

I'm evaluating Nicepage for creating HTML websites on one of our IIS10 Windows webservers. I've exported a test site as HTML, which will appear fine when viewed in a browser both on my desktop and server. In IIS, however, I simply get the IIS logo screen. The other Windows sites are running fine.

Is there a prerequisite I'm missing? I'm running IIS10 on Server 2019.

Thanks,

Mark

Hello,

There is no prerequisite for Nicepage HTML files to be uploaded to IIS10 Windows webserver. Nicepage exports standard static HTML website.
Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce your issue as well as your actions step-by-step, there is a missing part you should configure yourself. We recommend that you contact your hosting provider or system administrator regarding this issue.
