Not able to access or down load new plugins

My contact us form is not linked to any email id. How do I do it?

If you have your website on WordPress, it would be better for you to send Emails with "Contact Form 7"
Or you can choose a different way to send emails - https://nicepage.com/doc/4216/send-emails-with-nicepage-form.

I am not able to download any plugin if I go to add a new plugin option in the WP dashboard. It just opens up another page and not the usual Wp plugin area.

Please specify and make a screen recording if possible. Where is the links redirecting you? Try to switch off the extensions from your browser and other plugins that you have in your WordPress.

Hi Ahmad,

yes I wanted to download a contact us form plugin hence the issue no 2 that i mentioned above.
I have attached the screen video of trying to access plugins but see where i navigate to.

Thanks for the video, we can see the redirect on the video. Try to deactivate the plugins one by one and check if you can add other plugins or no. Also, try to remember your previous actions if you have added any extra code to any files.

Contact your hosting and check with them as well why you can't load the plugins.
