Anchors doesn't work

I added anchors to the page, but they don't work, when i open page in browser(Google Chrome) and click on menu elements, nothing happens, when i check page in fast review mode, i have result but with strange animations. How can i fix this?

Hello,

The navigation to the blocks should work in both previews.
Please describe to which blocks you added anchors and add screenshots of options you addedd so we can see where problem is.
If it's possible please add video of behavior you see.

We need detailed information about your steps to reproduce the issue on our side.
