I wanted to buy the license but I can see that I have to pay my local VAT (25%)!!!

I have read your reply that this is due to the Global PayPal payment service - but this is NOT LEGALLY right - any accountant in EU will tell you that! Having this payment feature could make someone to sue your company!

The only VAT that I legally need to pay is the one of the country where your company is situated - in your case, Cyprus.

Please fix this or I'll be buying Brizy or similar WP block builders (no VAT included) - thank you!
