This is the correct behaviour when you're using the Online Editor. Your Nicepage Pro Edition includes the desktop app and CMS plugins only. Kindly download the desktop app for Windows or macOS and log in using the credentials for this account with the license >> click on the Profile icon >> Activate. This way, you will be able to use the desktop app to its full potential.

That message is implying that you have the desktop version license, not the online version.
