Hi, Steven,
Our e-commerce Elements and Templates are presented for use only on a CMS (WordPress and Joomla). At first, you should export your Website to WordPress or Joomla with this option enabled:
After that, you should create a new page on WordPress and Joomla, and assign this page to the Shopping Cart. For doing this on WordPress, with the help of the WooCommerce plugin, please refer to this instruction:

For adding the Shopping Cart on Joomla, with the help of the VirtueMart plugin, please refer to this instruction:
1. Install the VirtueMart plugin.
2. On Joomla, go to the Extensions ==> Modules page.
3. There, you will see the Shopping Cart module. Click on it in order to edit it.
4. Go to the Menu Assignment tab. There, you can select a page for assignment this module. For doing this, select the "Only on the pages selected" option. Save and close this page.
