I am not sure, about the "Designer App Pack" - regarding Wordpress.

I do read at Wordpress.com, that they have a subscription, costing around 50usd/year.

This price is close to your lifetime "Premium, Personal" price of 59usd - making me confused.

If I choose the "lifetime Premium, Personal" - what is then included, concerning Wordpress?
(regarding whether I need to buy Wordpress-subscription on-top).

I already have my own webhotel for storing the website, and I will buy a domain-name.

If you already have your host, you can use the desktop version/wordpress plugin of Nicepage to create the sites.
Try the free starter version. The wordpress ability is limited though, so I'm not sure whether or not you can create a site and upload it and see how it would work for you.
