Please attach the screenshot of your issue, and what message do you get?

The active license that you have is Personal Edition Premium license and it's for the Desktop.
As we have 2 different packages Designer App Package and Online Builder and Hosting Package and there's no synchronization between them. If you have made your website in Online Builder you can export it as a project and import it to your Desktop App.
