What does it mean for 'Personal' subscription number of sites = 5?
The license stays for lifetime and new updates only for a year. But what does it mean number of sites 5? does it mean after developing 5 websites, the license expires?

The 5 sites mean that you can create and design only 5 website. The license doesn't expire after reaching the limit of 5 websites, it just displays a message that says that you'll need to upgrade your license in order to create more websites.
