I'd like to add a block and place it above the header block.

For example, how would I create a red bar across the top of a page with a Coronavirus notice?

Hi Marcus,

Thanks for contacting us

In the new version, you can add an extra row to your header. Select the header and press on the icon with rows and plus, you can change the block's position with the main row where's your logo and menu.

As an option for coronavirus notification, you can use the modal popup form also.
