Initially, each browser adjusts the page scale. If the scale of the page cannot be displayed as a desktop, then it takes the tablet version and so on.
There is no such build-in option in Nicepage to turn off the view for a specific mode.
You can try adding to the Site Settings additional CSS code, the article we found from the web regarding your wish is here-
