Hi Coco,
I see you have projects in the Desktop app.
If restarting your computer does not help, try to reinstall the application. But first, please find the folder with these projects and make a backup just in case, save the folder in a safe place.
By default, this is the /Documents/Nicepage folder. This folder can be changed under the Profile >> Preferences.
If you didn't change the projects folder, then it should there.
