Nicepage isn´t loading anymore

Hi Coco,

I see you have projects in the Desktop app.

If restarting your computer does not help, try to reinstall the application. But first, please find the folder with these projects and make a backup just in case, save the folder in a safe place.
By default, this is the /Documents/Nicepage folder. This folder can be changed under the Profile >> Preferences.
If you didn't change the projects folder, then it should there.

I tried reinstalling it. Also tried to download version 3.16.0 instead of the .1
Still doesn´t work. Backups have already been made.

Is there another way?

I have the same problem.

How can I solve it?
I tried to reinstall Nicepage a few time with newest version for windows but problem is the same.

Put your Documents\Nicepage files back.

I already removed them....
is it any other way ?

You removed what?
The file structure is Documents\Nicepage\Site_########

If you deleted the folders check your Recycle bin.
Otherwise you need the Project files.

Recycle bin also has been cleaned up.

How is it possible to remove all files and install Nicepage like first time?
maybe need to remove some records from regedit?
I have no way to restore Documents\Nicepage\Site_########

If it is possible install Nicepage like as first time installation, I have exported files of my template, and I will be able to import them

oh. I fixed that problem.

I clicked to right mouse on small preview of Nicepage from Taskbar and click maximize. and it open the window of Nicepage app.
I also created the folder with Site_1 name and extracted in that folder all files of my website template.\

now it work.
