So far, Nicepage doesn't support multilanguage websites. The only thing you can do is to create two or more websites on Nicepage with different languages and different Headers because Header is the same on all pages (on one website).

How can I then duplicate the entire Website and then change it as a complete new Website in different language?You could create 2 sites, copy and paste the pages and change the text language.
Under your main host folder, create 2 different folders, one for each language.
I've seen international sites that were www.website.com/en/index.html and www.website.com/de/index.html, and have a link to each other in the header.
