Ask a Question

Dear Nicepage Support,

Although a while ago I was able to export my website in HTML with a Starter plan, now it's impossible.

Indeed, when I want to export my website in HTML, an error message pops up telling me that I need a premium plan to export a HTML.

In fact, I'm wondering: is that normal ?

For your consideration, time and answer: thank you in advance !

Have a nice day,
Guillaume CELOSIA

Hi Guillaume

Thanks for contacting us

Please note: During the first 7-days after your email registration, you have all available premium features.
After that, Nicepage connects for you the Free Starter Plan.

That's absolutely normal. The Export option still available for you in the Free Starter Plan. Simply ignore the reminder

Hi Ahmad,

Rather than to have the "Export" feature, I have the "Annuler" (or Cancel in English) one (see png attached)...

Therefore, I cannot export my website in HTML.

Any hint to solve this issue ?

Thank you in advance !

Hi Guillaume,

From your screenshot, we can see that you are using an Online Builder. Unfortunately, the HTML export is not available in Online Builder, as it's available only in the Desktop App. You can publish your website live in Online Builder as a subdomain (e.g., http://www.yoursitename.nicepage.io)
or you can recreate your website from scratch in Desktop App, export it into HTML and publish it on your hosting.

Hope that helps,

Thanks,
