hello,I bought the highest license but when i try to download a picture it asks me for ultimate.

There is starter, personal, business and pro. and i have pro.

Could you please enable the service please.

When you open the link you've attached, you'll be able to see the Need More? text under the Pro license.

After clicking on it, the Ultimate license will open. You can open the Premium page in Incognito mode on your browser to see it as well.
