Thanks for the reply

The images cannot be used as the background of the stock of photos, an error appears. Image is attached.

We have also seen that the plugin version is 3.14, but it cannot be updated. (view image)
Will that have to do with it?

Kindly try to update the Nicepage desktop app to the latest version 3.16.0: https://nicepage.com/download-windows#

As for the plugin, try updating it manually:
1) Download the plugin https://nicepage.com/download-wordpress#;
2) Open your admin panel >> Plugins >> Add New >> Upload Plugin >> Choose File >> Install File.
