Support does exist here.
Have you downloaded the desktop starter version and tested it?
Are you using your own host or Nicepage's host?
I use Filezilla to upload my sites to my host.
All licensed versions can remove the footer copyright.
Yes there are motion effects for certain blocks with controls in the right panel.
This is just a start.

The editor works pretty much the same after uploading to your own hosting.
Premium is a very good option. Been using ultimate since the beginning.

I believe they are based in Europe and don't typically work weekends.
Sometimes, someone does reply.

Hi,

We recommend that you export WordPress theme+content from Nicepage Desktop application and install this theme+content on your WP website to see how Nicepage works. The free version supports exporting.

Nicepage creates theme and content for WordPress.

Nicepage theme includes Header, Footer, and Templates. It can be edited in the Desktop application only. Nicepage theme does not need Nicepage plugin.

Nicepage content for WP is the Nicepage page. All content between Header and Footer. When imported to WordPress, the Nicepage page uses WordPress standard Page. Nicepage pages can be edited with the nicepage plugin for WordPress only. You need the License to use the CMS plugin. The same is related to your client. But if you purchase Nicepage Pro or Ultimate license you can provide your client with the Client license so he can use the Nicepage plugin for editing pages.
Your client will see that you're using the Nicepage plugin. But we offer a White label feature in the Ultimate license so you can change the plugin name from "Nicepage" to "thepublicgeek" for example.

All features and limitations are listed on our pricing page;
https://nicepage.com/premium

We offer support within 1-2 business days.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

Olivia

Olivia, thanks so much for your complete answer. It´s very appreciated. I want to know, is there a way for me to restrict the access in CMS (with the plugin and etc) so the client is allowed just to make minimal modifications but not to access to all of the options, blocks, themes, etc. I will love if I can just active like a set of 2 or 3 blocks, and some tools to change colors, spaces, etc. But not give him the access to all the options. I hope I have been clear, I´m sorry if not, I just don't know how can I explain more accurate. My English is a work in progress. Thanks!

Hello Adriana,

In the Site Settings >> Client License tab, you can choose what you allow your client to do. The options are limited to Edit pages and content and Edit content only.
