Hello ,
How can i build the pages that i want to be linked to the buttons on my site? There are a few buttons on the page "learn more" i would like to build those additional pages and link them to the buttons but im not sure how.

Add the page you want.
Add the button and the text.
Put it where you want.
Click the link, and use the full url (https://www.mysite.com/page)
