How to Block Editions in Different Formats?

Hello, everybody.

I am having some trouble editing my project in the different formats. I mean, when I adjust the phone format, the computer format disajust. The same happens when I start the other way.

So, can I block a format after I adjust it, so it stays like I want? If not, what can I do to solve this problem?

Basically, the best way to start is from left to right.
Desktop, laptop, tablet, phone landscape, phone portrait.
It's "not supposed" to adjust things already completed, but many times it does.
If one of your blocks keeps changing, select that block, and press the Reset button in the right panel, and make your adjustments again.
At this time, there is no way to lock a block/page so no other adjustments on other pages will mess it up.
