Hello,
for my mistake I lost the project file of a website published online.
Can I retrieve it from the server or through Nicepage or other program?
The website is up and running.
Waiting thanks and greetings.

Hi Giuseppe,

Thanks for contacting us

Can I retrieve it from the server or through Nicepage or other program?

Could you please specify? Because you've used Desktop App and Online Builder, but you have the license for Desktop App of Designer App Package.

If it's Online, we can check. But if your project in Desktop App, your PC is the only storage for your projects, as we do not have access to it.

Open please in your Desktop App profile >> Preferences

Follow the path for the Project folder and Backup folder and check these folders if you have your needed project there.

We can see that you are using the last version, did you do backup for your Desktop Project?

Thanks,
