Ask a Question

I'm trying to use my site to, among other things, gather data from interested customers. So, I'd like to gather name, address, interested services, contact info, etc.

I'm not sure what that functionality is even called, or where to look to add it to my site.

Can this be done?

Hello DENNIS,

Such functionality doesn't provide by Nicepage.
We provide only the possibility to add Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, it's not gathered that amount of information you mentioned.
If such a possibility is interesting for you we will be happy to help you add these features through Nicepage.

You can use any additional services for tracking and gathering information by implementing them into your website.
For that, we suggest contacting the Support of such services to understand what action is needed for implementation to your website. And we will make our best to explain how it's possible to make with Nicepage.

Yes, you can definitely gather customer information through your website. This functionality is typically referred to as a contact form or lead capture form. To implement it, you would first need to create a form that allows customers to input their details, such as name, address, interested services, and contact information. Many website platforms offer form-building tools or plugins for this purpose. For example, if you're using WordPress, plugins like Contact Form 7 or WPForms can help. If you're using a platform like Wix or Weebly, these often come with built-in form builders. Alternatively, if your site is custom-built, you can manually create a form using HTML and CSS.

Once the form is set up, the customer information can be sent directly to your email or stored in a database for follow-up. If you have a CRM system like SuiteCRM or Mautic, you can integrate the form so that submissions are automatically sent to your CRM for tracking and managing leads. Most CRMs offer plugins or APIs that make this integration seamless.

DENNIS,

For now, Nicepage does not have CRM. We have forwarded your suggestion to the dev.
