Since it is working for me now, I want to share the steps and maybe this could help you as well:
1. Check which Menu do you have in your Nicepage template (if you don't provide any name, it will take the Wordpress primary menu by default)
2. Go to Appearance -> Menus
3. Make sure that you are editing the primary Menu. In here is where you going to put the absolute link (In my case was https://traveltogo.mx/#nosotros) and save your changes.
After that, when I was in my blog page and hover in my menu I was able to see the correct URL generated and I was able to go to the section #nosotros in my homepage
