Creating bulk of pages with different text but same design

Unfortunately, Nicepage does not provide such functionality. But I would recommend considering the use of CMS to create content or js to populate the block on the page with the specific content loaded from an external source. In general, there are a lot of various options. But they are not specific to Nicepage. Nicepage creates standard static HTML pages.

I am using NicePage with WordPress.
also using "WP All Import" plugin, which creates the page, but I would have to "turn" every page to a NicePage individually.
which means 860 times. (my 100 number estimation earlier was wrong)/

could you direct me to the JS population process that would WORK with NicePage?

We are not familiar with such options and can't test all of them. I suggest you to search for the available options over the internet, I hope that they will work fine with Nicepage.
